Come immerse yourself in the history, architecture, furniture, crafts and trades of the Shaker Community at Pleasant Hill Shaker Village in Kentucky. We’ll stay in the rooms of the Shaker buildings and learn about the Shakers and the historic trades and crafts they employed in their daily lives.
Great Planes Trading Company has organized a great tool auction to be held in The Shaker Meadow View Barn Friday night, May 20th. Central Kentucky offers numerous opportunities for additional interesting places to visit. It’s the home of horses, bluegrass, bourbon and Daniel Boone.
COMPLIMENTARY TRANSPORTATION VIA GOLF-CART WILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE VILLAGE FOR THOSE WHO NEED IT

SOME NOTES
DISPLAYS are an essential part of our Annual Meetings. All members are encouraged to bring a display. It can be large or small. You may take a full table (6 feet) or a half table (3 feet). There is no charge for a display table. This year’s THEME is, “The Shaker Work Day – Tools That the Shakers Might Have Used on the Farm, in Their Homes and in Their Shops”.
Prizes are awarded for the best 3 displays IN THEME and the best 3 displays OUT OF THEME.
The TOOL EXCHANGE is always fun and a great event at our Annual Meetings.
- Any antique tool sellers may participate in the TOOL EXCHANGE. The seller need NOT be registered for the meeting. All the seller needs to do is return this registration form with table The seller and one helper may participate.
- If you are registered for the meeting, you get a reduced table rental fee.

Group rate is $95.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy in one of the rooms at Pleasant Hill

IMPORTANT NOTE:
There’s limited space IN THE WORKSHOPS we have planned at Pleasant Hill. There is a fee of $25 for most of the workshops. Available spaces for these workshops will be filled on a first come first serve basis PLEASE REGISTER FOR NO MORE THAN TWO of the workshops so your fellow members will have a chance to enjoy these workshops too. You may not be able to attend both of the workshops you choose. Any extra fees you submit will be refunded to you when you pick up your registration packet. The workshops will be presented on both Thursday and Friday.
